Privacy Policy

The short version: Roomful does not collect your data. We cannot see your inventory. There is no account, no login, and no server.

Where your inventory lives

Your inventory, the items, photos, values, notes, and serial numbers, lives on your device and, when iCloud is enabled on your device, in your own private iCloud database managed by Apple. We have no access to it, no copy of it, and no way to retrieve or share it.

What we collect

Nothing. The app makes no network connections to us. There are no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking, and no third party services inside the app. The App Store privacy label for Roomful reads Data Not Collected.

Camera

Roomful asks for camera access for one purpose: photographing your belongings and scanning barcodes and serial numbers when you choose to. Photos taken in Roomful go into your inventory on your device and in your own iCloud. They are never sent to us.

Voice

The speak to fill feature uses Apple's on device speech recognition. Recognition and parsing run entirely on your device. Audio and transcripts never leave your phone and are never sent to us or anyone else. You can turn the feature off in Settings at any time.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Deleting your data

Delete any item or room inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes the local copy of your inventory. Any copy synced to your iCloud can be removed in iOS Settings under your Apple ID's iCloud storage, where Roomful appears like any other app using iCloud.

If you email support@roomfulapp.com, we receive your email address and your message and use them only to help you.

Roomful is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
